Warranty Terms
Warranty Terms
Effective Date: August 3, 2026
LaunchWe LLC ("LaunchWe," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality of its work. These Warranty Terms describe the limited warranty we provide for deliverables produced under an engagement, along with the exclusions and process that apply. These Warranty Terms are part of, and are read together with, our Terms of Service and the applicable Order.
1. What This Warranty Covers
We warrant that, for the Warranty Period, the deliverables created specifically for you will materially conform to the specifications set out in the applicable Order when used in the environment and configuration for which they were delivered. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, under this warranty is that we will, at our discretion and expense, correct or re-perform the affected work to bring it into material conformity.
2. Warranty Period
Unless a different period is stated in the applicable Order, the Warranty Period is thirty (30) days from delivery or acceptance of the relevant deliverable. Corrections made under warranty do not restart or extend the original Warranty Period. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support beyond the Warranty Period are available under a separate support or service-level agreement.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to issues arising from:
- Modifications, code, or configuration changes made by you or a third party after delivery
- Use of the deliverables other than as intended or outside the delivered environment
- Third-party platforms, APIs, hosting, libraries, open-source components, and their updates, outages, or deprecations
- Content, data, designs, or materials you provided
- Changes in browsers, devices, operating systems, or third-party services after delivery
- New features, enhancements, or requirements not included in the original Order
- Force-majeure events, security incidents caused by factors outside our control, or failure to apply recommended updates
- Any deliverable for which fees remain unpaid
4. Availability and Performance
Unless a written service-level agreement (SLA) is in place, we do not warrant specific uptime, availability, response times, or performance metrics. Availability and performance depend on third-party infrastructure, your configuration, and factors outside our control. This warranty covers conformity of deliverables, not continuous operation.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, notify us within the Warranty Period at hello@launchwe.com with:
- A description of the non-conformity and the affected deliverable
- Steps to reproduce the issue and the environment in which it occurs
- Relevant screenshots, logs, or supporting details
We will acknowledge valid claims and work to remediate confirmed non-conformities within a reasonable time, prioritized by severity. If we determine that a reported issue is outside the scope of this warranty, we will let you know and may offer to address it as separately billable work.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY WE PROVIDE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HERE, THE DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.
