The Hub

We don't hire. We curate.

Not an agency with turnover and replaceable code. A closed hub of the top 1% — engineers and designers who own the outcome, not just the ticket.

Who we curate

The standard is the bar.

For every hundred who reach out, a handful clear the bar. We'd rather leave a seat empty than fill it with anything less than the top 1%.

01

Ownership

You ship outcomes, not tickets. The product is yours to defend in front of any investor.

02

Craft

Audit-ready by instinct. You write code and design systems that pass scrutiny without a cleanup sprint.

03

Range

Brand, web, SaaS and AI. You move across the stack and make the seams disappear.

What you get

Why senior people stay.

The offer is not ping-pong tables. It is the conditions that make good engineering possible.

01

Scope, not tickets

You own an outcome end to end — architecture included. Nobody hands you a spec written by someone who never shipped it.

02

No bench, no churn

Curated team, real projects. You are not parked between engagements or rotated off work you care about.

03

Blueprints before code

Discovery happens before estimates. You are never asked to hit a date invented in a sales call.

04

Work that survives

Documented, audit-ready delivery — the kind of portfolio you can point at years later.

Before you ask

What candidates ask us.

If your question is not here, write to us — a person reads every application.

Is this employment or contract?

Both models exist depending on your country and the engagement. We say which one applies before the first technical conversation, not after.

How does the selection actually work?

A short intro, a technical conversation about work you have really shipped, then a paid trial task on a real problem. No unpaid multi-week homework.

Do you hire juniors?

Rarely, and only alongside a senior who has capacity to mentor properly. Clients pay for delivered work — not for someone learning on their budget.

Fully remote?

Yes, with overlap on EST business hours so decisions do not wait a day. Where you live matters far less than whether the work is reviewable.

Think you belong in the Hub?

No generic cover letters. Show us something you built and owned. That's the only application that matters.
